Terms of service
1. Identification
These terms govern purchases made at www.iamsisyphe.com, owned by Sisyphe, c/o Pablo López Torres, Tax ID 44594588A, 29018 Málaga, Spain. Contact: orders@iamsisyphe.com.
2. Acceptance
By placing an order you accept these terms in the version published at that time. You must be of legal age to make a purchase.
3. Purchase process
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will let you know and refund the full amount.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in that case we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order at no cost.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for reasons beyond our control.
6. Shipping outside the European Union, customs and taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia) may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Sisyphe has no control over these charges and cannot calculate them in advance. If an order is refused because these charges are not paid, the outbound and return shipping costs and any other costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
7. Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders, as stated on their product page together with the estimated delivery time (currently 20–25 days). Payment is taken when the order is placed. Pre-orders cannot be modified once placed. Shipping on pre-order items is free. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal (section 8).
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return any item, without giving a reason. This period extends the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Conditions and procedure are detailed in our Returns Policy.
9. Legal guarantee
All our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, email us at orders@iamsisyphe.com and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use or washing are not considered defects.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
11. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction. For any complaint you can email us at orders@iamsisyphe.com and you may also contact the competent consumer protection authorities.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
